The LaPorte County Amatuer Radio Club is a 501 (c) (3) public charity, #35-1390856. Did you know that your club dues that you pay each year, to support our club, may be tax deductable? Also donations of cash or equipment may also be deducted or used as tax write off. Our club supports and maintains three wide area repeaters which can be used to support our community by providing a means of emergency communications. Please consult your personal tax advisor to see how donations apply to you.

Most donations come in the form of cash. These donations may be used for maintence or upgrades to our repeater system. You can also request that your donation to be used for a special use, such as door prizes for our Hamfest, Hamfest Consessions to name a few. You can also donate equipment such as radios for example.  When donating cash, you can use your credit card. Your monthly statement can be used as proof of donation. When you donate equipment you will be given a receipt for the fair market value.
