About Us

The La Porte County Amateur Radio Club (LPCARC) officially began on Jan. 1, 2012. It is the result of the merger of two long-standing radio clubs, the Michigan City Amateur Radio Club (MCARC) and the La Porte Amateur Radio Club (LPARC). Two great clubs with awesome membership and rich history coming together. Our club now has, on average, 50-60 members from across the region, not just LaPorte County.

Our club is very active in all aspects of amateur radio and welcomes everyone to attend our meetings and events.
