TESTING REQUIREMENTS
Ready to get your Amateur Radio license? Here’s what you need to do before you arrive for testing! Before you can test make sure you complete both of the following steps. #1- Get your FRN (FCC Registration Number). You must have an FRN from the FCC before you can take the exam and recieve a callsign at https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do #2 - Register for the exam on HamStudy. Create an account and sign up at https://hamstudy.org No more paper testing. Tests are done on-line which, inturn speeds up the process. Once you pass your exam, you will receive your call sign much faster.
